Esperanza En Educación (E.E.E.) Conference is a one-day conference to encourage, motivate, and empower Hispanic and Latino students to pursue higher education, as well as to give them the opportunity to experience the University of Washington. Participants meet with current Latino UW students, interact in workshops, and prepare to be competitive applicants to the UW.
Note: Participation is open to all students regardless of race/ethnic background.
Parent/Guardian Permission Form
Students are required to submit a parent/guardian permission form to participate in the conference. You will be emailed a permission slip via DocuSign several days before the conference. As soon as you receive it, please have your parent/guardian digitally submit the form.
Additional Information
Due to space capacity and specific programming, advanced registration is required, and this event is for students only (no additional guests).
Schools/community organizations: All students will need to be registered in advance individually or by teachers/chaperones. Bringing a bus or a group of students? Fill out and submit this form to receive chaperone information.
