Are you a rising 12th grade student thinking about applying to the University of Washington? Join us for Shades of Purple, a free conference for Washington high school seniors (Class of 2027) interested in becoming future Huskies.
Shades of Purple gives you an inside look at the UW experience. You’ll learn how to navigate the admissions process, write a compelling personal statement, strengthen your application, and discover the academic, cultural, and support resources available to UW students.
At our on-campus sessions, you’ll enjoy a complimentary lunch in a UW dining hall, connect with current UW students, and explore campus through guided tours. Whether you attend in person or virtually, you’ll gain valuable information and tools to help you prepare for your college journey.
